Privacy
We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, address, phone number. We use this information to process your orders, and to keep you updated on your orders.
To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the Panrecords.nl site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
We may share aggregated statistics, not linked to any individual, about buying patterns, sales and other shopping information with our marketing partners.
We do not use "cookies" to keep track of shopping sessions.

Geographical Limitations / Qualified Customers
Some products carried on Panrecords.nl can only be sold to certain types of end user customers. Also, some Panrecords.nl products can only be sold in The Netherlands. You will be notified if the product(s) you are attempting to purchase cannot be sold to you.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Panrecords.nl reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Payment
All orders must be pre-paid.
Payment is possible in cash (via registered letter), via a transfer to one of our bank accounts in The Netherlands or Germany, or via PayPal.
Panrecords.nl also accepts checks or money orders in US Dollar or Euro. Please ask before sending any checks or money orders unless it is in US Dollars drawn on a US bank. Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a fee of €20,= (Euro) on all returned checks.
We do not accept credit cards. We do not accept COD orders.
We charge a handling fee of €15,= (Euro) for all orders if paid by check.
Please note: dollar prices in offers depend on the daily exchange rate between Euro and dollar, and are approximate.

Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship within two business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday or during our holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Panrecords.nl or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
In the rare occasion that an item has been lost in the post, a period of time of double the normal posting time is allowed for any hold-up, that may have arisen, such as customs clearance, etc. A replacement item or replacement items will be sent after two weeks in West Europe and after four weeks for all other territory items. Please note: it has been found that most items which seem not to have arrived, have in fact had a delivery attempted but due to no one in to sign for the item has been taken back to the local post office for collection.

Post and GLS are our primary shipping carriers, but we do offer the possibility to ship by other carriers (notably UPS and FedEx). We will assume that you prefer the lowest cost shipping method unless you specify otherwise. Packages are always insured.
Usually, we ship via ground by carrier from our inventory.

Out-of-Stock Products
We do not keep any backorders. Please re-order.

Taxes
Panrecords.nl shall automatically charge and add the applicable Value Added Tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the European Economic Community (EEC). For orders shipped to other countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, import taxes or other taxes. For purchases shipping outside the EEC, you are responsible for any taxes and duties required imposed by other governmental authorities.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 45 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 45 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns for products for other reasons.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Panrecords.nl shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Panrecords.nl shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed. If you have already paid for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Panrecords.nl shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AS TO PRODUCTS SOLD
Panrecords.nl guarantees the quality of any sound carrier ("Media"). In the event that any Media sold by Panrecords.nl is defective, Panrecords.nl shall only be liable for replacement of the Media.

Except as expressly stated herein, Paradox makes no representations or warranties, either expressed or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the Panrecords.nl site. Except as expressly stated herein, Paradox expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Paradox arising from any product sold on the Panrecords.nl site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Paradox, its directors, officers, employees and representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.
